    I have been ringing the phone number all morning and no one has answered. I was enquiring about a delivery that should have gone to my house and left there, but instead went to the post office which I couldn't get to in normal opening hours.

    Waiting in line while a larger lady with brown hair " working" there chatted away to a colleague no hello or anything then called me forward took my collection slip off me without a hello and kept talking about dinner with the trainee next to her.

    Opens too late,closes too early. Very hard for a worker to collect there parcels
